Loan Originator Profile:

The function of the Loan Originator is to originate residential mortgage loans and oversee the process of the loan until the transaction is closed. The Loan Originator, originates the mortgage according to specific guidelines and standards, placing the borrower in the optimal loan program.

Responsibilities include the following:

* Pre-qualifying potential borrowers based on his or her financial background
* Providing applicants with information regarding the mortgage application process
* Qualifying loan applicants by analyzing financial background, including monthly cash flows and credit history
* Originating the mortgage application with the borrower(s) and providing all necessary support documentation to make a lending decision
* Following up on the process of the loan by maintaining communications with the borrower and underwriter
* Resolving any customer concerns in an expeditious manner. Establishing professional relationships with industry associates
* Maintain full compliance with all federal and state level laws, and Fidelity Lending Northwest,LLC policies
